Week Five Daily Mindfulness Exercises

With the approach of the hurricane, we explored how our own nature carries with it many of the qualities of the nature of the hurricane. We also learned an exercise—part relaxation, part mindfulness that can be very helpful for working with stressful and agitated states, such as anxiety. Below you will find video demonstrations of the Learned Hand "4-7-8" exercise, and you are encouraged to practice it this week.
